Molly is in her 1st Trimester of pregnancy and leads you through a toning and lengthening workout with attention to legs, arms and hips. This workout will improve circulation, provide relief from tiredness and nausea while helping to open and relax the low back. Molly gives the option of using a pillow under the head if you need it, you can also roll up a towel.
