    I really loved this class. It was challenging and I liked the way Tiziana paid attention to possible back, knee or neck issues with modifications. I will definitely take this one again :).

    I really liked the slight variations on the classical mat workout…just enough subtle tweaking to make it feel fresh and a perfect length workout when you don’t have a full 40-minutes available. Great!
