In this part of our series on Pilates and Sports, Miguel works with Alessandro, who plays a lot of squash and also happens to be a dentist. With the goal of reversing the imbalance caused by a dominant arm sport and the forward bending he does while working on patients, Miguel gives Alessandro a series to both open his chest and help him reconnect the strength of his powerhouse to his arms so he can return to the squash court and crush his opponents!
