In this part of our series on Pilates and Sports, Miguel works with Alessandro, who plays a lot of squash and also happens to be a dentist. With the goal of reversing the imbalance caused by a dominant arm sport and the forward bending he does while working on patients, Miguel gives Alessandro a series to both open his chest and help him reconnect the strength of his powerhouse to his arms so he can return to the squash court and crush his opponents! For Teacher Training and more visit Miguel at: Uno Pilates Method. Our thanks to Studio Pilates di Gloria Gasperi where this workshop was filmed.
