In this second class of this series Alisa Wyatt builds on exercises introduced in the first class and adds moves to strengthen your inner thighs and stretch your waist. You’ll go deeper into strengthening your legs to make you be stronger on your feet. Consistency is key, so practice daily, and repeat each class as many times as needed.
