    Hola question in the Elephant I am 5’4 how far back do I put my feet all the way agains the shoulder res on I do have to align the hip bone with the ankle I am flexible by the way

    How about cueing the tell bone to curl and the heels to dig please? ????

      Great cues for sure! The point of these “hacks” was to give extra help for exercises where the standard great cues may not be working. Some students need a little extra help as we all know!
