    Really good class!, sometimes I am trying to look out for something clear to teach a pre-pilates to my clients because even if I say scoop, or tuck in the stomach, is difficult to understand for them, like this is a great way to open the back, love the class, and I love the observe this classes for the explanation, is really clear and helpful to observe, thanks!! =) love it

    This was amazing, and I loved the more deliberate pace. I felt like I was really learning to do the exercises the way they are meant to be done, and for maximum effect. Thanx!!!

    the trial videos are just too slow. There is no reason to talk about the fine points of the exercises; one learns them by doing them, or being talked through them. Too much chatter; too much rest; the best Pilates instructors develop a pace. It is nice that the people in the videos, practicing the Pilates, receive help from teacher, their leg or arm guided here and there. That helps them. It would help us too, if we were in the video, guided. But we are not, we are only watching and trying to imitate, so it is unhelpful.

    This is exactly what my body needed today. Not only do my hips feeling stable, but my back actually feels almost straight. Hard feat for scoliosis. I feel as if I have so much for space to move. Thank you so much. Ready for Pelvic Stability 2, 3 and 4!

    Kathi, no one does beginner quite like you! Love this emphasis on the class! The spine stretch forward and tree emphasis really opens the back ….. yum!
