Once in a while Joe Pilates would surprise his advanced students by asking them to do the entire mat workout with only one repetition per exercise. This is a fun way to practice as it helps you remember the mat, it hits every area of the body and it forces you to concentrate on doing each exercise really well.

    You do the work with such beauty. I love the way you prep for swimming. It really allows the body freedom and I feel more like a dolphin and less like a salmon going upstream!

    i was able to do this short workout as my kids ran circles around me (not so relaxing!) but i feel great!

    I had about 20 minutes between meetings and figured I was in stretchy clothes so just did this in my office and I feel so much better!
