I hope you don’t mind me suggesting that this is a very well thought out MC drill for the Hip Joints.
Thinking of the Femoral Head seating in the Acetabulum with associated Arthritis which has been troublesome for a couple of years. By seeking mobilizing and strengthening exercises for this area, it really helps a lot. Just ignore the discomfort!
In Standing squeezing the MC works the hip joint stiffness – 2 X 4.
The version of the One Leg Circle really seeks out stability.
Rolling Like a Ball – bending the knees in – really hits the spot!
The Series of 5 really work into the hip joints.
Open Leg Rocker – Readily establishes stability.
Shoulder Bridge MC precise placement- Feel it bringing integrity to the movement of the hips.
The forward lunges to stretch the front of the Quadricep muscles – particularly, the emphasis of pressing the Tibia – Shin and foot into the mat, gives a great release of the hip flexor group of muscles and the hip joints.
Not just another MC drill, but, clever thinking.
Thank you – Top Class Mat Teaching.
