    All your videos are AMAZING Blossom!! Thank you so much! I followed you throughout my entire 2nd pregnancy, your videos have really helped me- I so need to find my butt muscles, open the front of the hips and iron out my pregnancy lordosis! It’s all good, And you were right it’ll be about five years- at least till all the lifting starts to wane, thankyou for sharing your expertise and your lovely humor!

    Some days, when I’m really tired or stressed and don’t have the gusto for my typical workout, I’ll do the postnatal stuff to get my blood flowing and go back to exploring the basics–incredibly valuable. So cool to see this go online!
