    정희 선생님, 안녕하세요 ^^ 사이드 스트레치 한 손으로 다른 팔을 더 쭉 뽑아서 진행하면 훨씬 시원할 것 같아요~ 운동한 부분만 스트레칭을 진행했는데 반대편까지 스트레칭을 진행하면 더 좋을 것 같네요. 강의 감사합니다 ^^

    Hello Junghee:

    You appear to have a fully equipped Pilates Studio from what the eye can see. Very nice for your Students to have such access.
    I often do the exercises you did using the Foot Strap and the Box on the Reformer, on the free mat, and still achieve the same level of stretch and possibly more challenge. You will know which mat exercises I am thinking about, but, will you agree!
