    Hi

    I noticed in the pull up and other standing exercises the hands are on the side of the chair and not front. Is this variation for people who are just starting out on the chair ?

    Oh I regretted going for middle spring on the first set of pull ups . Could barely move by the fourth even with an imaginary top spring!
