The art of moving with efficiency is vital to the original method and is becoming lost as Pilates grows in popularity. In this incredible session Jennifer Kries echoes what Joe Pilates required of his students from the very first day--absolute focus, continuous movement, perfect alignment, and transitions that are exercises themselves. You’ll learn key hands-on adjustments and see how Jennifer’s cues completely change her student Julie’s form as she works. You can learn more about Jennifer’s complete line of downloadable and DVD learning tools and workouts at: www.JenniferKries.com.

Julie worked so diligently and always with a smile.
May I ask, why was there so much emphasis on “external rotation of the leg and foot” in the Tree with the leg that was extended up, and also generally, and did this come from Mr Pilates or later?
    Thank you very much.

So excited to see you on Pilatesology! you were my “first instructor” 10 years ago with your video, New Method Pilates Precision Toning and Sculpting that I did in my living room religiously every morning. I am now a Pilates instructor and am thrilled to continue learning with you 🙂
