Join Tiziana in another one of her brilliant Pre Pilates sessions, this time done while lying on your back. These quick, convenient exercises are great for recovery after back, hip, knee and ankle injuries/surgery, or simply for those with weak or painful backs who need to strengthen their powerhouse and/or legs before starting bigger movements. These exercises are safe to do with many ailments since the body is supported by the mat. Like many Pre Pilates exercises, most of these can be done from home, which makes them perfect for warming up before crawling out of bed, or a substitute for popcorn on movie nights (...or in addition to!).
