This is the perfect class while in your first trimester right before your morning cup of coffee. Molly encourages the breath as a tool to awaken your body so you’re filled with energy for the day! Her expertise in pre-natal pilates will empower your practice so you feel strong and vibrant during your pregnancy. Exercise is an important element of your pregnancy so you can maintain your strength as your body begins to change. Molly gives safe exercises that will still challenge you so you may start your day feeling taller and lighter on your feet. Please have a pillow or two available for extra back support.

    It’s hard for me to remember being pregnant, but this class helped remind me. I used it to prepare for a newly pregnant client. I loved Pilates during my pregnancy but I had the springs at my disposal, this was a great way for me to wrap my head around a home routine for my client. Thank you!
