If you wonder whether you’re doing Pilates correctly, this class is for you! Lori’s commonsense approach and clear explanations are easy to follow and she moves at a slow pace so you can discover where you're using momentum and build strength instead. Class ends with fun standing exercises to help bring what you’ve learned on the mat to an upright position. PROPS: Lori uses a Magic Circle for 1 exercise in this workout (if you don't have one hug a pillow instead) and a bar (you can substitute with a broomstick). Visit Lori at Atlas Pilates in Seattle, Washington where this class was filmed.

    This class gave me a chance to concentrate on my powerhouse and I need that. It’s also nice to be able to work on more advanced movements in a safe and supported, slow environment. I feel like a made a little breakthrough in connecting my powerhouse to my lower body. That connection felt much stronger by the end of this class. Thank you Lori. 🙂
