    Absolutely brilliant! (I don’t have a baby chair so used my spine corrector on top of the cadillac so i could sit on the step with the soles of my feet together & pelvis supported. No feedback to my spine sadly, but used a mirror to try to see if i was balanced). Really tough but exillerating workout. Loved it. Thankyou Victoria. PS saving for a baby chair 😉
