In this session, Karen takes her student Alison through a workout on the Reformer and then chooses specific exercises for Alison's body based on what she sees in her Reformer workout. In this case, Karen is wanting to see Alison working deeper into her center and finding a stronger connection to her back. To achieve both, Karen takes her to the Electric Chair and Wunda Chair for strengthening purposes and finishes with the Small Barrel to radiate that new strength through her upper body. Filmed at Vintage Pilates in West Los Angeles, CA.
