    This was so inspiring! Shelley mentioned the breast cancer sessions that Sandy taught so of course I watched???? I learned from both of you! I particularly loved the comments about physical touch/cueing…I’ve been working on doing better with that as a teacher. Thank you both so much!

    Well, why I value your teaching to the upmost …? It is because You NEVER talk about yourself; this is so rare in today’s world; I am one of those who tend to get everyone’s attention if possible; and I am aware of that; I blame it on Joe’s having been such a narcist:) YAY HEATHER!       Heather has travelled an incredible path since we started together! She is training and teaching to build her skills as a teacher. She studies with all of the staff at Vintage Pilates and has gained confidence and strength exponentially! Yay Heather!
