    Hi Sandy!
i hope this is not a silly question but its something i have been wondering about as i watch all these assessment videos on here, aside from the mat and reformer which we are supposed to know the order and what comes next, are you going to be calling out the exercises of the chairs/high barrel/ spine corrector/ cadillac for us while we are being assessed to know what to do next (like what you are doing here for this assessment) or are we supposed to know what will be coming next as whats provided on the list?

Can’t wait to see you at the studio for summer camp!

Hi Noor – thanks for asking. I didn’t realize that I didn’t mention that I would call out the exercises in the assessment. I should be able to ask to see any exercise on the list and you can immediately set up and execute the exercise showing great understanding. I too am looking forward to Summer Camp! See you soon…

Thanks very much both of you, Gloria and Sandy.
As Sandy said we work with our own bodies and in order that we made each exercise unique; of course following the flow and the connection, the center, the stomach and the two way to strech and I can see that!
Gloria is a great example of the flow and the harmonious way to move and understand the Joe Pilates Philosophy. Great to be able to see both of you in action. Always is a pleasure to learn from everybody that is connected with Joe and Jay Philosophy. Called Contrology.

    We are all connected!
    Thanks again.

  3. Joesmat! Thank You soooo much for your comment!
I am honored to have demonstrated these exercises and I hope this video can help to enjoy these apparatus like I do!
Yes… Swan , swimming and rocking are very challenging… And, after a looong practice, now I love them!
Thank you again! Hope to see you soon!
And thank you to Sandy and Pilatesology of course!:)

Having always noted what an very fine Practitioner Gloria is in your Teacher’s Clubhouse videos, it was easy to see why you chose her for this demonstration Sandy!
To my understanding, and from what I observe, that the Swan; Swimming and Rocking exercises on the Spine Corrector are challenging particularly in finding balance, and Gloria demonstrated these exercises with great control, uniformity and balance, as indeed she did with each and every exercise in this video.
The Lady is a very GOOD!
