When you cut out the extra repetitions, you challenge your brain along with your body to do the movement correctly and then move on to the next one without messing around. It's a fun way to practice and will help you discover where you're cheating during your normal routine. It's also a great way to memorize your mat. In Joe's studio, he taught you the mat first and expected you to practice it regularly on your own when you couldn't get into the studio.

    Hi Alisa,awesome video, the mat seems to be making a lot of squeaky noises in this video 🙂 is it new vinyl that making the sound

    Love the 3’s. A great way to kick-start the day waiting for the coffee to brew…and kudos, that seamless transition to open leg rocker is ridiculous!!
