    Oh my goodness Alisa!!!! That was so much fun!!! I felt clumsy moving and it made me laugh! Reminds me of how much fun Pilates is! Being playful and having fun in your body! And challenging!!! A lifetime of opportunities to improve. I’m going to do this one over and over! And how do you get your legs so high on the side kick when you lift both of them??? Your my hero! Oxoxox 🙂 em
