This quick and efficient class is aimed at strengthening the legs and glutes during your third trimester of pregnancy. Please have a pillow nearby as you may need it for extra support. Molly takes you through the Side Leg Series to lengthen your legs and firm your glutes. As your baby grows your legs carry much more weight than they’re used to and need the extra circulation and strength that this series provides.
