Summer is here!! ☀️ This season looks different to everyone; travel plans are kicking off, kids are home from school, or you’re just finally finding time to be lazy at home. Whatever your summer looks like, we know self-care tends to get pushed to the bottom of the list. We’re all guilty of this!

That’s why we designed our Self-Care Summer Series to help you prioritize the most important part of your summer, you time. All you have to do is click and workout, no decision fatigue and no equipment needed! You’ll get 14 beginner mat classes that are 30 minutes or less so they’re easy to squeeze into your schedule.

Our goal is to help you take time out for yourself this summer and continue your Pilates practice all summer long with the community!

Plus, as a Pilatesology member, you get access to our Summer Series Self-Care Journal! This journal is a great way to spend some time checking in with yourself, make goals for your fitness & mental health, schedule out your workouts, set intentions for your summer, and feel your absolute best all summer long. ☀️🎉
