    Hi there! Just wanted to say in my first post I mentioned that I was 62 years old; well, I am now 65 years old and this is still a regular in my workout rotation! After a few days of babysitting grandkids, I literally need this workout in order to keep moving well and pain free! 🙂
    I’d ask for another one, but this one is pretty much perfect.

    I loved this—so good to have a flowing, vigorous mat workout for older adults. We may have some things to be mindful of, but we still want to work hard! As a 62 year old instructor with clients mostly over 50, I found this class inspiring. 🙂 Loved the addition of the standing weights.

    Thanks Molly. Your pace and modifications will be perfect for a mat class I have had for some time. They know the exercises but time is passing for us all and some of the expected but unwelcome body changes are starting to present themselves. Great stuff. –Elayne
