    I loved this—so good to have a flowing, vigorous mat workout for older adults. We may have some things to be mindful of, but we still want to work hard! As a 62 year old instructor with clients mostly over 50, I found this class inspiring. 🙂 Loved the addition of the standing weights.

    Thanks Molly. Your pace and modifications will be perfect for a mat class I have had for some time. They know the exercises but time is passing for us all and some of the expected but unwelcome body changes are starting to present themselves. Great stuff. –Elayne
