In this movement workshop, Kathi shares many variations in the mat exercises and how they can be applied to get better results for different body needs. There's no one correct way to practice Pilates, and to help make sense out of all the ways you can do an exercise, Kathi asks the question: What is the main thing the exercise is for? Knowing the goal of an exercise will help you understand why you would choose one variation over another. For info on training with Kathi visit: KathiRossNash.com. Thank you to Pilates Challenge where this class was filmed.

Love it! What can I say I need to get match fit for our next meeting! Loved the breakdowns that focus on the intention of the exercise. Loving the mat more and more these days.

Ohmygoodness! Amazing, as always! I love all of these workshops on Pilatesology, but for some odd reason, I always get really sore with KRN’s videos. LOL!!! It was also nice to see Chris Robinson work a bit! Haha…

      Hi Jamie!
Not sure- but you should just get out of the class, go to any other class on the site and then come back to it. We have a new feature that will ask you if you want to resume from where you left off and should drop you right back where you left off….
      I’ll send you a quick email too : )

The MASTER at her work. Thank you for confirming in the 100 that the hands were 3″ – 6″ over the “thighs” originally. I always believed that is how Joseph Pilates was doing it on the old video pieces, but, could not get confirmation. Thank you very much for sharing, it does not get any better. We are very fortunate to have this lady share her unique ability at the work and likewise her knowledge.
