Working with a group of Pilates instructors from various backgrounds, First Generation teacher Jay Grimes leads a workshop on the details of the Universal Reformer exercises as they were taught to him by Joseph Pilates. He also answers questions from his class about teaching and how to deal with different kinds of issues.     Thank you Pilatesology and Jay for sharing this workshop with us. I enjoyed the whole workshop, but especially liked the correction on running with the two legs straightening at the same time. And yes, the longer length poles are easy to make. My husband and I made a few 1 lb. and 3 lb. poles a few years ago-all parts we purchased at Home Depot. Thanks again!
