If you want to look like a dancer, it helps to work out like one. Join Gina and a group of dancers for this Pilates Tower workout focused on providing length through the body, tone in the hips and legs and most important, strength and control in the middle. Using the Push Through Bar, Leg Springs, Arm Springs and Roll Down Bar, you’ll really feel the work in the inner and outer thighs as well as the abs. Gina uses a small pad for several exercises so keep a towel or head pillow handy for that section. Filmed at Gina Papalia’s studio, Grasshopper Pilates, in Soho, New York City.

    Gina, this was a challenging beg/int tower class!! Loved loved loved the emphasis on spine stretch with smaller range for abs, and the leg springs with the pad, killer!!!! Great for everyone, not just beautiful dancers!!
