Loved it, short and sweet. I find that 30 minutes is about all I can do by myself (ADD, IDK!!)

I agree! Love this. I am a busy mom and Pilates instructor. So hard for me to get in workouts for myself sometime.

I’m with you Vicki, it seems that carving out the time for ourselves is the hardest thing but it makes everything so much better.

Great quickie reformer workout. Now, I’ll go to your advanced mat, and I will be set!
Thanks. Alisa, I saw you on another website, and was so impressed with your precise classical teaching, that I looked for you and found you here. Love this site! Thanks.

I like this one too – thanks to Estelle for telling me about Pilatesology! More quickies would be great. I usually like to do an hour, but sometimes I’m on the run and only have time for a quick power workout. FYI, I had no problems with the audio…

More quickies like this! How about one that is more accelerated?
Audio got bad during side splits segment(static, darth vader voice sound, audio slowing). Then it went away at the end. Frustrating.

More of these on the way, thank you all for telling me you like the time crunch classes! I will ask our other teachers for their own versions too.
Pele – I just tried to figure out what was going on with the sound when you were watching and couldn’t replicate the problem (don’t you hate it when someone tells you that?!). I suspect that your internet connection was having a hiccup at that moment and that’s why you got the frustrating sound issues. Please let us know if this continues so we can help out.
