Kathi developed this workout to fit the needs of a young football player who had injured his shoulder and was told he would never play again. She needed a way to avoid putting any pressure on his shoulder while it healed and she used the High Chair for that purpose. This workout not only kept him strong, it allowed him to finish the season with his team. For those with healthy shoulders Kathi has included the High Chair arm work with her original inspiration.
