Learn some new tricks and enjoy a commanding sense of stability after joining Simona and her student Tracy in this beautifully simple Cadillac workout. The primary focus of this session is on strengthening the arms, back, core and glutes, and increasing spinal and shoulder flexibility. Simona introduces an unusual (and little-known) piece of classical Pilates equipment that just might become your new best friend on the Cadillac. You don't need this item to complete the entire workout but if you're curious to learn what it is, skip to 28:55. Visit Simona at her studio in Stamford, Connecticut, The Art of Control.

I really enjoyed this class and was easily able to follow the instructions given. I was also able to adjust my springs without having to pause the session. I will definitely do this class again. Simona, I really enjoy your classes. Thank you!

This is not the best class i’ve seen. there seemed to be a lack of communication between teacher and student. I also saw a lack of stability and improper positioning that caused arching of the back. This can cause back injury & shows me that there was no continuous connection between upper, middle and lower abs. Teacher did not clearly explain how to perform exercise before the student attempted an unfamiliar or new exercise .
    I give a rating of 2 stars.

      Hello Char1257,

thank you for the feedback on this class….and yes, you are correct some of the exercises were new to the client and
utilized new piece of auxiliary equipment. I hope you are able to try some of them.
No worries about Tracy, she well and fun to work with every week:)
And yes, English is always challenging to me…still working on that as well. I am sure you know how second language can be!
Looking forward to meet you in person soon:)
