    I never have enough of Alycea’s teaching:) I have been watching The Pilates Hacks series all over again and again. It is just a must for each instructor! What I have been noticing in Poland is that the instructors give up on many classical, hard and demanding exercises in favour of some semi-pilates, ballet- kind of stuff or just fitness- like kind of poses. That’s why many Polish people are taught Pilates wrong in first place, thus keep such a completaly untrue image of what Pilates really is.
