Miguel demonstrates how to reverse the compression that happens to Triathletes from the forward flexion in biking, the upper body overuse in swimming and the pounding their bodies take while running. You’ll get a series of exercises and cues that will release the hip flexors and psoas, the shoulder girdle, chest, shoulders and neck. Working with Davide, Miguel gives specifics for where to place your hands, what to focus on and how to be sure your client is working properly to achieve the best results. Watch for our other video with Miguel and Davide on this topic (coming soon): Triathletes Building Endurance. For Teacher Training and more visit Miguel at: Uno Pilates Method. Our thanks to Studio Pilates di Gloria Gasperi where this workshop was filmed.
