    I am an apprentice of Simona’s , who is 7 weeks out of total knee replacement. In addition to practicing the knee rehab video Simona did with me last year, today, I introduced your video. It is a wonderful full body work out with concentration on the knee. Intuitive flexion and extension exercises that must be my concentration. Loved the use of the jump board.

    Really a big help for my one sore knee. Has several work-arounds, especially, moving the the gear back, so there is not as much knee flexion. A good full-body workout that helps to strengthen the muscles around the knee.
