If you have osteoporosis, Pilates is for you! In this specially designed workout, you’ll join Lyann Escatel and her student singer Michelle Della Fave (Google her!) for the workout Michelle’s been doing since she found out she has osteoporosis. As you can see, it has helped her keep her beautiful posture while omitting the forward bending and twisting that are contraindicated for osteoporosis.
