    OMG Kathi Ross Nash you are a genius! This is 2020 April, COVID-19 lockdown. I’ve been teaching zoom mat classes for weeks, demonstrating cold and talking… and it’s getting me more and more into my lopsidedness lately, old aches and pains coming back, no way to see my osteopath…
    I just did this class for the first time, I feel amazing! So much better!

    Well that was pretty much the most difficult mat class I have ever attempted.
