    How can I do the first of the exercises at home, without having a Ladder Barrel?

      Hi Adriana! You can do this short box series on a mat with a strap. No strap? Just go half way down like the half roll down then do the full roll up. Hinge back as far as you can control w bent knees. For Tree, do your best to climb back up. Use that powerhouse!Side sit ups without a strap and barrel get a little trickier.
