Hi Carmit1, When you’re pregnant you don’t cue “pull navel to spine” or “scoop”. There’s a baby in the way and as the abdominals spread they can’t feel any scoop. Concentrate on the tranverse abdominus and obliques that create a cradle or girdle to support the extra weight. She is using her core, just not the rectus abdominus. Thanks for watching!

Hi! I’m just wondering, is she in her core the whole time? Is there any restriction on getting into core when pregnant? Thanks!
