      Hi. Thank you for your comment. I agree, all that jumping is not for everyone. You can substitute rolling up to the point where you could stand on your feet, still in the ball position, and work on the preparation to launch by just pushing the floor away a bit. I do this often, and need to reach my arms way forward to counterbalance. This is very strengthening and maybe not so crazy.

    Too much talking too less exercises, and not at all an advanced training, perhaps intermediate.

    Thanks Lori, enjoyed though the jumping up and laying down was tough for a 66 year old 🙂 I do find my neck hurts when I pull up, my core probably not strong, will keep at

      Yes, these ladies can jump around and love it. I’m sorry your neck hurts when you pull up. It would be great for you to work with an instructor to help. Meanwhile, I would suggest working in pain-free ranges. Take care!

    I truly enjoyed doing this class. It felt hard but safe. I did it while my kids were sleeping at 9pm and feel great!! Going to incorporate some fun Lori ism in my class on Monday.

    Loved this!! Loved the criss cross variation. Learned a different angle to help assist others with the extended stretch part of the double leg kick- the lift is foward and up. Refreshing workout, Lori. Thank you.
