Great class and just what I was looking for. A nice short workout covering the basics for days when I cannot commit to an hour long workout but want to feel like I did Pilates!

This is a nice quick workout, I really enjoyed it. I really am not much on using the box, but your use of only the short box flowed nicely. I will be adding this to my list of favorites, thanks…
