    I use the MC from time to time, but, with my hips don’t like it!
    I have wear and tear in my hip joints – little space left between the ball joint and the acetabulum on x-ray with arthritis. I suppose its the calcite deposits
    that cause inflammation that is painful, always afterwards, then it fades away after 24 hours. No Surgery for me; just keep working “in the joint” and maintain good ROM.
    What do you think Niedra – Extermination next step!
