    One of the best classes I’ve done here! Great advanced reformer in classical order. MeJo is a fabulous teacher–because of her precise cuing, I almost never had to look at the screen. Lots of tips that seem minor, but make a big difference in getting deeper. For example, in the last part of stomach massage, on 2 springs, she reminds us that even after the carriage is in, we should still keep pulling in, to grow taller. This will definitely be one of my go-to advanced reformer classes. Thanks, MeJo!
