    The lady really worked the Magic Circle – strong and impressive demonstration.
    I gather from another video on Pilatesology that Gratz offer the MC in different strengths graded something like 1-4. Which strength was this MC assuming it was a Gratz.?

    In the Arm Weight series she held her arms at the diagonal to do the bicep curls, as opposed to being in line with the shoulders. Is this a Classical variation?

      Hi, I did work the MC and got a great workout while sharing my passion!
      Gratz does offer this very same MC and the strength of the circle is one level before the hardest one, but this is sufficient considering form and control.

      For the arm weight series, there are two angles we were taught in the classical Pilates method. First, in front and inline with the shoulders. Second, at the angle of peripheral vision, to be done one right after another. I hope I answered your question 😀
