    On the very last exercise what did you change the springs to? You didn’t say. It was on 1 up and 1 down right before for pull-up. Thanks

      Hi there – I used 2 bottom springs for the standing one leg press down – you can start with this light-ish spring and then as you build strength you can increase to 1 top plus 1 bottom. Thanks so much for watching ๐Ÿ™‚
