Chris, I have belatedly found this beautiful work out of Sara and your creative, but very disciplined teaching. You are always fun, but this is one of the best I have seen.

Super fun! Made this RAINY day in PDX a little more bearable. Thank you!! Loved the rhythm of the push ups and the variation of kneeling push down.

This was amazing. I loved how it challenged everything. I could only squeak out 1 of those roll-ups. Sara rocked those roll-ups. Nice spot on the mermaid. Thank you!

Ekwok, you’re welcome and thank you for practicing this workout. Creativity is always key. Once we learn to color inside the lines we can have a little fun coloring outside the lines!

    Hi joesmat!
Sara is not a professional athlete. She is a former apprentice of Metropolitan Pilates and teaches full time at a studio she cooperatively owns in Seattle. She’s a great student and disciplined pratictioner as well as an enthusiatic teacher!

    • joesmat 3 years ago

Thank you Mr Blackburn for your interest and prompt response.
It is unusual to see someone with such very well defined upper back and arm muscles, that only practices Pilates.
I am therefore wondering what Sara does to keep herself so well toned.
      A most impressive Lady.

May I ask if the very capable Lady demonstrating the work – Sarah Hawkinson (SP!) – is an Athlete or trains in some other discipline?
    Outstanding Practitioner.

Wow, she did a beautiful job!!!
Loved how he incorporated the chair and mat, great ideas!
