Learn how to build the postural strength to give your clients a beautifully lifted and easy posture. In this workshop aimed at teachers, Kara shares a variety of techniques for improving the carriage of the upper body. You’ll get a complete mat session that uses arm weights to challenge the arms and Powerhouse, a repertoire for integrating the arms into an upright posture using the standing arm springs, and more!     Great workout!! I’ve practice these movements so many times but I loved the order and all of the different apparatus and cues. The cues were excellent and I also loved the Romana comment “barbecue on the ribs”. Really enjoyed watching the men workout hard and enjoying themselves. Thanks so much Kara for your wisdom.
