    Love these 20 minute workouts. Loved the flow and how they built to the final exercises. Definitely love that little rowing prep with backward arms and with the snake. Sweaty mess in 20 minutes–exactly what this busy teacher needs. Love you!

    Thank you so much Kathi ! This is just the medicine I needed. I am having difficulty with rotation to the left these days and this will be my new “quickie” for a little while when I have 20 minutes between clients . I feel fantastic, lengthened and well stretched! Much love ❤️

    I risk being “excommunicated” for saying this, but, if one is not fortunate enough to have this Apparatus, many of these same exercises can be taken to the mat, and with the use of appropriately weighted hand or leg weights to equate with the spring resistance, we can find the same “critical connectivity” and “thread” running through them regardless.
    For the Side Lying exercises we can duplicate this effort using weights and indeed Reformer on the Mat derivatives.
    I anticipate an outcry of disapproval!

      No outcry at all- every and I mean every exercise on the apparatus is DIRECTLY connected (thread) to the Mat. The apparatus in created to help build and challenge the Mat. Each piece with a specific focus and need. So seeing the mat work on and in everything IS seeing the method
