    As the session progressed Angel was connecting more and more to her back and her center, each piece of apparatus she worked on informed those connections beautifully. By the end of the session she wasn’t gripping in her hip flexors as much because she started moving from a better place in her body. Success!     I have frequently admired the level of skill demonstrated by this young Lady. She is one of the best to my simple way of seeing this work on the mat.
    However, it seemed clear to my eyes, that her Hip Flexors were screaming from about half way through the video.
    At circa 31 minutes when she stood up all was revealed, as she grabbed the opportunity to try and get some release in her right Hip Flexors. Thereafter, at circa 33 minutes, and subsequently, she was rubbing her Quadricep muscles at every opportunity.
    I do this exercise all the time on my mat at home, and it is impossible to achieve much release in the Hip Flexor group of muscles.
    Would it not have been wise, and much kinder to Angel, to have introduced movement that would release her Hip Flexor Muscles at “frequent intervals”, throughout some 40 minutes of relentless and unforgiving Teasers.
