Andrea’s workouts are always fun and this one is no exception! In it, you'll take your mat order to the Wunda Chair. For example Legs Circles on the mat will become a Standing One Leg Push Down, and Saw becomes One Arm Push Down Side. Oh and for maximum flow you'll start on 1 spring in the middle and stay on that setting until the last exercise. Boom. P.S. - Does Kim’s squeaky Wunda pedal make you giggle too?     Andrea! Love the tights!! This was a super fun series… I love the single arm push down to the side with the twist… although it sounds like a cocktail it keeps my asymmetries honest (unlike a drink) lol.
