This is such a fantastic workout! It’s so good to have a go-to class that takes thongs up a notch but it still spine safe! I leave this class feeling the effects and ready to start the day. Thank you Alycea!!!!

Hi Alycea – really enjoyed your very clear instruction – such a crisp, direct teaching style. Thank you for contributing this great session, it is varied, and very informative from a teaching perspective. I picked up a few really key pointers, and as some have already said – Swanning for a bad back – who knew!?
    Thank you so much

This was so fantastic! I have a neighbor with a pinchy low back and I invited her to join me for this class. It really helped her. She doesn’t think she can afford Pilates, but I’m hoping she will reconsider or at least join pilatesology!! Thank you Alycea!

Fantastic! Thanks Pilatesology and Alycea for offering challenging workouts for this population. I suffered for 2 years with a herniated disk while thinking it was my piriformis and had to work like this for several months to recover. Its a great workout for anyone to challenge your powerhouse while strengthening your back. And who doesn’t love a few planks/pushups each day?! 🙂
