    Fantastic! Thanks Pilatesology and Alycea for offering challenging workouts for this population. I suffered for 2 years with a herniated disk while thinking it was my piriformis and had to work like this for several months to recover. Its a great workout for anyone to challenge your powerhouse while strengthening your back. And who doesn’t love a few planks/pushups each day?! 🙂
