Lori leads Courtney through a full workout on the Ladder Barrel. It’s a wonderful apparatus to work out on because it moves you in all directions: forward and back, round and arched, side to side, twisting and upside down. It’s not just your spine that gets a fabulous stretch here, the legs, arms and everything else open up and leave your body feeling taller, lighter and longer.     I am 5 foot so I had to use a box on some positions to touch the bar and floor 🙂 I really enjoyed the stretch at the end. I shortened the barrel so my shoulders were weighted and I wouldn’t slide and hit my head…I forgot what a great way to practice inversions the barrel can be!! Thanks Lori!

      Yes, be careful not to hit your head 🙂 Courtney is 5’9″, so not super tall, but long enough to fit well.
